Phoenix, AZ - AM/PM Water Damage Restoration Services, LLC. recently hired Victoria L. Benavidez as their Business Development / Marketing Associate. "We're excited to have Victoria on board," said Sergei Guk, Project Manger/Operations "Her presence in the field presents an important and unique opportunity to meet our customers' diverse needs." Victoria comes to AM/PM Water Damage Restoration Services, LLC with over 10-years of marketing and business development experience in the commercial real estate industry. Victoria worked with the Grubb & Ellis Company in Seattle, Washington as an executive marketing assistant. In Arizona, Victoria held the Director of Investor Relations with Alliance Residential Company working hand in hand with the development partners and their public relations firm to create press releases for land deals, acquisitions and lease-ups. Other positions included Marketing Project Manager at CBRE and at m3 Companies, where she assisted with their redevelopment projects (CamelSquare) in Phoenix.
