Phoenix, Arizona - May 23, 2011 - AM/PM Water Damage Restoration Services, LLC awarded Hannah Matteson, her mentor's - Natalia Biner's coveted client portfolio.

In her position as a Business Developer, Hannah has been instrumental in positioning AM/PM Water Damage Restoration Services, LLC as the first choice for many in the Valley's real estate landscape. At the start of her career with AM/PM, she was entrusted with building relationships with residential and commercial insurance agencies, as well as homebuilders, addressing all their restoration needs. After 18 months in the field, Hannah has worked her way into commercial real estate, and gained the business and the trust of large-scale commercial builders, such as Sundt Construction, and Kitchell Contractors. Most recently, she has been honored by taking over Natalia Biner's coveted portfolio of commercial property management clients, since Natalia has set her sites on Seattle, Washington.

Hannah brings with her several years of experience in the Property Management Division for the OPUS WEST Company, where she was responsible for providing customer service to tenants, administrating vendor contracts and coordinating their services to the buildings and tenants. She was also entrusted with preparing monthly building reports and assisting the property managers with various tasks as needed.
